I have taught middle and high school for 22 years. Many of my students did not succeed when I used the teaching methods taught to me in college and grad school. A lot of the students needed much more practice than I expected. So I began hunting for and often writing my own practice and looking for ways to make it fun.

This mini unit is intended for distance learning or 1:1 Algebra1 Classes. Teaching style

Lots of successful practice - especially self checking or scaffolded. Constant spiral review and tying topics together. Introducing skills in baby steps. Making every child successful in math.
