Students will create a brochure explaining imperialism in Southeast Asia, Africa, India, and Latin America. There is also a panel for student to identify the justifications for imperialism, the types of control (direct and indirect rule) and define cultural, political, and economic imperialism. There is a google slides presentation that takes students step by step through each section of the brochure that can be posted or printed for them to reference as they complete the project
Using The ConstitutionCenter.org site, students will navigate through the Articles of The U.S. Constitution. Questions include analysis of The Constitution as well as form their own opinions based off prior knowledge of the causes of the Revolutionary War, and Articles of Confederation. An answer key is included. This is a great way for students to navigate through the document in one class period or as a homework assignment
