This template can be used with students to track their progress on their goals. I used this with my students for their IEP goals, but this can be used with any goals. I put one in each students' binder and referred back to them with my students every few weeks.

Experience

Teaching style

All students want to be successful. Our jobs as educators is to find the best ways for student success. Teaching students with multiple needs is like solving puzzles. Every puzzle has a solution. It's just knowing what solution is best for each individual student. In my classroom, every student is recognized for their individual success. Every student is met where they are each and every day. And every student is celebrated for their differences. This is what provides my students with the opportunities to be successful.
