Every student needs to know the math problem solving strategies and be able to pull from them as they work through math word problems! This is the companion poster that outlines the steps in solving a word problem. It belongs with the colorful problem solving posters for students to refer to as they work on solving tricky math word problems. I have used these strategies with students in Kinder all the way through 7th grade, and they work!
