A great, visual way to show students the rule that they need to work on. It's also a great communication tool for the parents. We don't always have time to talk with the student and sent that email home, but we still want to hold our students accountable. So why not fill this in with the student as you're helping them fix that rule! Lots of room to explain what happened and how you and the student are working together to fix it. I keep these when they come back as a form of documentation.
