This file contains "I am working for" and "First/Then" boards to pace students through their work session. Includes pages of rewards icons and smiley face tokens. On the large "I am working for" board, there are three versions with "expectations/rules" under each box. The boxes are open for images to be placed inside. There is also a version without rules/expectations. Print these documents, laminate, cut, and add velcro for repeated student use!

During the last 5 minutes of each day, my students reflect on their behavior. They give themselves a rating from 1-4 based on the rubric that is in this product and they write it on their calendar on the corresponding date!
