Experience

I have 13 years of experience teaching private and group music lessons, as well as 4 years experience of classroom music education to preschool through 7th grade and computer science to 2nd-7th grades. I love created curriculum resources for all subject areas and have fulfilled more than 20 individual TPT user requests!

Teaching style

When I teach a new concept, my goal is to approach that concept from as many different ways as possible, hoping to create a "light bulb moment" for each and every student. I like to balance my class time with instruction, application, fun, movement and assessment.

My own education history

I received my BS in Music Education with concentration in vocal studies from North Georgia College and State University and am a Georgia certified teacher.
