A primary dictionary for grade 2, 3 and 4 made with letter sized paper folded on the long side making a narrow handy dictionary perfectly sized for little fingers. It includes the 100 high frequency words, most misspelled words for grade 2,3 and 4. Lists including months, numbers, and alphabetized pages with lots of blank spaces for writing personal words the children use in their writing and most common words for each letter of the alphabet on each page.

This is an 8-page mini booklet that will make daddy cry. Each page (4.25" x 5.5") has a personal message for dad. Print the pages back to back then cut page in half (book style). Place one set of pages onto the other. Fold then staple twice with a long arm stapler. We brainstorm for each page then I set a timer for writing a sentence in their own book. When time is up, we are ready to start next page. When writing is done, pictures are added that match what they wrote about. A real keepsake.

A number line that the teacher can easily cut on the cutter and a primary child can easily glue together with few directions. A strip 2" wide that makes a 5 foot strip and that can be clipped with a paper clip between lessons. Use the line for teaching counting by 2's, 3's, 5's and 10's. I used this sheet with a fairytale done first on the overhead, then handed out and done together, then done independently with a fairytale I read. This retell sheet has coloured bookmarks that go with the practice sheet. When done at school, this strategy can be practiced alone or with a learning partner. Bookmarks can be sent home when the child knows how to use it so that the child can practice the retelling strategy at home.

It comes as a Word format (.doc) so you can easily change the year and teacher name, as well as the inside 'favorites' if needed. This is a primary level year-end autograph book for kids to collect the signatures of their classmates at the end of the school year.
