Baseline Learning

This is an 8-page mini booklet that will make daddy cry. Each page (4.25" x 5.5") has a personal message for dad. Print the pages back to back then cut page in half (book style). Place one set of pages onto the other. Fold then staple twice with a long arm stapler. We brainstorm for each page then I set a timer for writing a sentence in their own book. When time is up, we are ready to start next page. When writing is done, pictures are added that match what they wrote about. A real keepsake.

It comes as a Word format (.doc) so you can easily change the year and teacher name, as well as the inside 'favorites' if needed. This is a primary level year-end autograph book for kids to collect the signatures of their classmates at the end of the school year. My students always had a lot of fun with it during the last week of school. I handed it out with a class list so they would get all of tyheir classmates names. Nice keepsake.
