This is a poster for students to use the first day of school. Inside the number 5, students draw pictures of images that tell about themselves and color it in. Then, they answer the questions about the upcoming year beneath the big number 5. When complete, students can share their poster with the class to tell about themselves. Then, you have a cute poster to hang in the hall! Note: I got this idea from a link on Pinterest for 3rd grade. I just made a 5th grade version.
