This order form can be provided along with a Scholastic Book Order magazine. (I know I receive them every other week and often times duplicates!) Each student gets a magazine and an order form. I then give them an allowance that they write at the top of their order form. The students go through the magazine and write down the items they wish to "order", making sure they do not go over their allowance...and using as much of their allowance as possible.
