How to Justify Your Answer Posters
Included in this set are 8 different poster designs. Each design has been saved individually as an 8.5 in by 11 in pdf for easy printing. These can easily be enlarged using a poster machine. It is so important to teach our students how to justify their answers. When we ask them to explain their work, we know they are making a connection between the procedure and their knowledge. Use these posters as constant reminders for students to learn how to show their work.

Experience

Teaching style
I like to use a discovery approach when introducing new concepts to my students. Often times I will put them into teams of four and create a guided activity for them or pose interesting problems for them to solve.
My own education history
Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from Indiana University.
Teaching Certification from Purdue University
Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Western Governors University
Additional biographical information
I have four grandchildren that keep me very active. I enjoy riding and just being outdoors. I have climbed Long's Peak in Colorado and Mount Whitney in California.
