This video will show you how to use Blabberize.com (a free website that requires a login).
Blabberize offers the user a way to upload a picture, give the picture a moving mouth, and record or upload audio that will closely sync with the movements of the "mouth" on the picture.
This would be great for teachers to use when introducing a new unit, or when asking students to present something to the class.

I have taught a combined total of 20 years in the Texas public schools, including 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.
I am currently an Instructional Technology Specialist in grades 6-12.
Teaching style
I approach all of my teaching these days with the question, "How can technology be a container for learning an objective?" I have witnessed dramatically how even the simplest of technologies can transform a lesson from something that turns students off to something that improves attendance and engagement. It even makes me want to be there more!

I am the husband of a treasure of a wife, and the father of 6 amazing children. I have been an elementary teacher, a middle school teacher, and I am currently astounded by the fact that I am being paid to teach with technology.
