I have taught a combined total of 20 years in the Texas public schools, including 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades. I am currently an Instructional Technology Specialist in grades 6-12.

Teaching style

I approach all of my teaching these days with the question, "How can technology be a container for learning an objective?" I have witnessed dramatically how even the simplest of technologies can transform a lesson from something that turns students off to something that improves attendance and engagement. It even makes me want to be there more!
