My students use this sheet to reflect on their learning targets for the week. I also provide them with a place to put their peach and pit for the week, which is their high point and low point. Then they have a spot to write to the teacher about anything. These are super useful for me as a teacher and it gets the students into the habit of thinking about themselves and their learning.

This is the planning sheet that I use to run by four guided reading groups each day. I used this sheet in second grade. It has enough room for a book introduction, a place to prepare for word work/vocabulary, and a place to write down comprehension questions. Along the right side, I leave space for my notes from a running record.

This is a cute worksheet for students to fill out during the holiday's. Students practice their writing skills while also thinking about how responsible, creative, and hard working they are. For the part that says "to be reviewed by Santa", I simply place a stamp in one of the boxes and then return it to them.
