My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-centered. I believe in breaking skills down into manageable steps, building routines that help students feel successful, and using data to guide instruction. I design resources that are: - Clear and easy to use - Research-aligned - Flexible for different levels of support - Low-prep and case-manager-friendly My goal is to help teachers feel less overwhelmed and more empowered with tools they can use immediately.

Some of my proudest moments as an educator include: - Leading successful IEP compliance initiatives, improving team organization & student progress - Developing intervention systems that were adopted schoolwide - Coaching colleagues on executive functioning supports and effective accommodations - Watching students gain confidence and independence using strategies I created I’m most proud when a teacher says, “This made my life easier,” or when a student realizes, “I can do this.”

I am a certified special education teacher and case manager with extensive experience supporting students in K–12 settings. My work focuses on executive functioning, behavior, academic interventions, and building systems that make IEP compliance easier for teachers. Over the years, I’ve created hundreds of practical tools — everything from progress monitoring trackers to full intervention plans — all designed to save teachers time and improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Every resource in my store comes directly from real classroom needs and is classroom-tested with actual students. Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about designing tools that simplify special education and help teachers reclaim their time.
