This table of contents, when cut in half, fits snugly on two pages in a regular sized composition book. It prints to legal sized paper (8.5" x 17") and is set up so that it mimics the pages in the notebook, with the odd pages on the right and the even pages on the left (and the page numbers on the outside edge).
