I have tutored students in Grades 3–8, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II for 10+ years, and I have developed math curriculum for various publishers for 25+ years.

Teaching style

I like to focus on all components of math proficiency including conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, strategic competence, and adaptive reasoning, meeting students where they are. I enjoy trying to find ways to motivate students and make math fun!
