A great system for positive reinforcement. Reward the class for hard work, quiet, good behaviour, kindness, etc by having a student select a blue tile to place on the reward option card of his/her choice. Once a card is filled out they earn the reward named on the card. This system was successfully used in a 7th grade classroom but is editable to fit rewards that might be more appropriate in your classroom.
