This is a great set of flashcards to use with children who are learning to use/understand figurative language, specifically idioms. There are 32 sets (64 cards) of very common idioms. One card of the pair includes the idiom and a picture depicting the literal meaning. The matching card has the meaning of the idiom and a picture to illustrate the actual meaning. My kiddos love to play matching, memory, etc. with these cards! I also require my kids to use the idiom appropriately in a sentence aft

A great activity to use with kiddos who have articulation goals! You can place circle stickers (or chips) on pictures and have the child use those stickers/chips to fill up their easter egg as they say the words. Stickers have been more successful as kids love to take the egg home to finish coloring it for the Easter bunny!

There is a matching card for each main word with a list of associated words. Some students may not need a visual, so withholding the card with the picture can make the task more difficult; however, some students may require addition help and a picture is a great cue to develop their word association skills. These are made on Mic
