This is great activity to use while students are reading "Is Your Mama a Llama?"
It is a BINGO game that allows for a focus on several concepts:
-Baby to Mama relationship
-Vocabulary from the story
-Following directions
-Matching colors (as the baby and mother have corresponding colored backgrounds to assist the little kiddos in making associations)
-Formulating sentences
I place all of the "baby" picitures into a box and allow the children to take turns being the "BINGO Caller"! They love
This is a great set of flashcards to use with children who are learning to use/understand figurative language, specifically idioms. There are 32 sets (64 cards) of very common idioms. One card of the pair includes the idiom and a picture depicting the literal meaning. The matching card has the meaning of the idiom and a picture to illustrate the actual meaning. My kiddos love to play matching, memory, etc. with these cards! I also require my kids to use the idiom appropriately in a sentence aft
This is a data log to keep track of any communication between you and a parent of a child you are working with. This could be useful for an SLP, OT, PT, social worker, school psychologists, teacher, etc.
Specifically, the log allows you to keep track of several specifics:
-Various phone numbers and e-mails for parents/guardians
-When you were contacted or when you contacted the parent/guardian
-How contact was made
-Who was contacted
-Comments regarding the commination

A great activity to use with kiddos who have articulation goals! You can place circle stickers (or chips) on pictures and have the child use those stickers/chips to fill up their easter egg as they say the words.
Stickers have been more successful as kids love to take the egg home to finish coloring it for the Easter bunny!
This is a set of 16 different word association flashcards (32 cards total). The theme is Halloween/Fall.
The cards include one car with the main word and a visual. There is a matching card for each main word with a list of associated words.
Some students may not need a visual, so withholding the card with the picture can make the task more difficult; however, some students may require addition help and a picture is a great cue to develop their word association skills.

This is a longer version of my other speech therapy data collection form. It is meant to be printed off as a 2-sided document to limit the amount of papers in each student's folder :)
The form includes all therapy information, student information (including name, DOB, and IEP date), and room to write (or type--this is a file sent to you in a Microsoft Word document) out each student's goals.
The chart allows you to keep track of speech therapy data for a total of 27 sessions including: the da
Speech and Language Therapy Sticker Stop! Use this visual near your therapy room door to have students review their targeted skills and discuss how they will continue to practice once they leave the therapy setting!
This form is a great comprehensive form for speech therapy data collection.
It includes necessary student information, IEP goals and service delivery time requirements, 3 days worth of session data Including which goals were targeted, the activities used, specific data, as well as comments.
This includes 3 BINGO cards using the initial /k/ sound. It also includes 1 set of cards to print off as calling cards.
These are full paged BINGO cards (8x11).
Great activity for articulation (in groups or single student session)
Child can be the "caller" and say each word as they pull a card.
Includes an Easter egg outline with approximately 25 (outlined) circle dots.
This is a great activity to use with kiddos who have articulation goals!
Place chips or stickers on pictures and have the child remove chips/stickers after they say he word and place them on their Easter egg.
Circle stickers have been more successful as kids love to take their picture home to finish coloring it for the Easter Bunny!
