Irregular Verbs - Present, Past, Past Participle (booklet)

Tired of hearing, "Has the bell rang yet?" or "I seen it"? This 84-page document is designed to be cut, laminated, and punched to make a spiral-bound booklet of present, past, and past participle tenses of irregular verbs. The booklet will tell you that the correct wording should be "Has the bell rung, yet?" and "I saw it" or "I've seen it." I recommend that pages one and two be printed on cardstock, as they are the front and back covers of the booklet. The other pages (content) can be

This is a 1-page note that I have sent home at the beginning of the school year. It's a reflection of my belief that we, as teachers, love our students and want them to succeed in school and in life. It stresses academics, goal setting, and manners. This document has been left in Word format so that you can use it as a starting point for your own note. If you choose to use it, please make whatever edits you feel necessary. Or feel free to use it as is!

Explain to students that this is a number line and that

Now I Know My ABC's or "el em en o pe" is NOT one letter. (alphabet help)

I think we've all had students who have difficulty learning the alphabet. The alphabet song is great until we get to l-m-n-o-p. Some students think that this is all one letter. Or if they realize that it is five letters, they still have problems. This graphic will help those students--and all students--learn the alphabet. As students are reciting the alphabet, have them point to each finger on the graphic as they say l, m, n, o, p. After working with the graphic, students can work withou
