Slope-Intercept Form Notes and Practice
Guide students to learn the various parts of the slope-intercept form equation. Students will then practice graphing lines.

Linear Equations to Tables to Graph
Students will be given a linear equation in slope-intercept form. The students will complete the partially filled-in table and then graph their equation. There are four versions with an answer key AND blank template! I've used this as both a formative assessment and summative assessment in my Pre-algebra and Algebra 1 classes.

Students will practice graphing, elimination, substitution and writing and solving word problems. There are two versions with answer keys! I have used this as practice and as a test.
