This is a quick and easy, no prep parent contact form. This purchase will give you access to a form to track parent contact. You will be provided the link that will allow you to edit your own version. When used, Google will compile all results into a spreadsheet that you can access all school year. I love this resource because you know where to access meetings/contact notes from any time in the school year!

I use this resource to have students take responsibility for their actions and reflect upon the choices that they make at school. This is a quick and thorough reflection for students to evaluate their misconduct. My favorite part of this is that it is all tracked and organized in a Google Form and Google Spreadsheet. This saves me a lot of time tracking student conduct and gives me a quick reference that I can always refer to!

I use this resource to collect parent emails about a test and have the students reflect on their poor test grades. I love to use Google Forms because it collects are the information and stores it on a spreadsheet! It is great for students to reflect on their test and come up with solutions for the future!
