This is the curriculum map that I have developed for this year. This map is correlated to the Indiana Math 7th Grade Standards, but could easily be adapted to Common Core or other state standards. I use this resource to have students take responsibility for their actions and reflect upon the choices that they make at school. This is a quick and thorough reflection for students to evaluate their misconduct. My favorite part of this is that it is all tracked and organized in a Google Form and Google Spreadsheet. This saves me a lot of time tracking student conduct and gives me a quick reference that I can always refer to!

I use this resource to collect parent emails about a test and have the students reflect on their poor test grades. I love to use Google Forms because it collects are the information and stores it on a spreadsheet! It is great for students to reflect on their test and come up with solutions for the future!
