This writing checklist can be used with any type of writing, as it focuses on language conventions (i.e. finger spaces, punctuation, capital letters, spelling, and readability). I have my kids staple a copy to each writing piece they turn in, with their self-assessment and I return it with my assessment written on it.

This flipbook is designed to help kids with counting by multiples, or skip counting. Skip counting is often called counting by 2s or by 5s, etc. Skip counting really helps with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. There are 2 versions in this PowerPoint file, one where the numbers are already highlighted and one that is blank, for the kids to highlight. Kids can keep in their desk as a reference as needed.

Dictionaries are a great tool for students to use while writing. This dictionary has over 200 words based on the Fountas and Pinnell high frequency word list. There are also pages for students to write in the words they use most! Print front and back for best use.
