I have been teaching Culinary Arts for almost 12 years. I have taught home cooks, post-secondary trade schools, and now high school for 4 years. I have professional experience in restaurants, catering companies, and managed food service, including both savory and pastry departments. I have been everything from a line cook to an Executive Chef, and have taught many ethnic cuisines as well as baking subjects.
