I created this spreadsheet to keep track of student attendance for an entire grade period. My school had a 6-week grading period, but I included a 9-week grading period as well. I printed this out on 8x11 card stock at the beginning of each 6-weeks so it was nice and firm and would last the entire grading period. I edited out withdrawn students and adding new students, making sure that I put them in there exactly as they are listed in the computer to make it easy and quick to input attendance

This is a spreadsheet that I created to be able to quickly check students off for random things.
