I created this spreadsheet to keep track of student attendance for an entire grade period. My school had a 6-week grading period, but I included a 9-week grading period as well. I printed this out on 8x11 card stock at the beginning of each 6-weeks so it was nice and firm and would last the entire grading period. I edited out withdrawn students and adding new students, making sure that I put them in there exactly as they are listed in the computer to make it easy and quick to input attendance

This is the grade book that I created for myself and my classroom to keep myself organized. I taught in a district that taught 6-week grading periods, but I also included a 9-week sheet as well. I printed this off at the beginning of every grading period, after editing any students that withdrew and new students that came in, making sure it was the same student order as my digital grade book. I would print this out on 8x11 card stock so that it would be stiff & firm and stay nice throughout
