About the store
I have been running an educational organisation called Cilre for the last 4 years. I am a Electronics engineer by college education, but I have done a lot of research and attended courses on various pedagogues and child development and learning. Over the last 4 year I have worked with around 6000 children from varying backgrounds and learning styles. Teaching style

I believe very much in individualized learning. However, I also believe any concept or idea can be introduced to children using the right methodology. I believe that if children have fun while learning, they learn much better. And if we empower them to learn, our job is done. So most of my resources involve a lot of questioning appealing to children as individuals that go beyond the knowledge of the subject. Also, there is a lot of emphasis on learning by doing, since it provides them with a sense of accomplishment and leave them hungry for more
