I use this notes page at the beginning of the year to introduce my students to the different characteristics of a civilization. We use G.R.A.P.E.S throughout the school year to identify the geography, religion, achievements, politics, economics and society/social structure of the different civilizations that we learn about.

This unit includes 16 influential women in history.This activity includes graphic organizers for students to use while researching influential women in history. This activity is a choice board, which allows students to choose a famous female figure and conduct a mini research project.
