After your student finishes researching about a country, have them write to you! Have them tell you why someone should visit their country! This is an easy way to get kids to write their opinion, share facts and reasons that support their opinion.

Fluency Folder Resources! The graph can be used a multitude of ways! I like to have my students color one day with their wpm score and then after practicing for a week, have them color on top of that line in a different color so that they can see their progress! Put these in folders for them to use when they meet with you, or had out the bookmarks to everyone and hang the anchor chart in your classroom!
