Hello! I use this sheet to capture scores from running records I give during guided reading. I try to get two running records done per student each month. This sheet is helpful to reference at SIT and IEP meetings. I also usually highlight each name based on a color chosen for their guided reading group (ex. my red group is highlighted pink, my blue group is highlighted blue, etc.). I use this capture sheet each time I do DRAs and dictations. There is a column for student names, previous DRA scores (to remember where to begin testing during the next window), new DRA level, comprehension score, accuracy score, self-correction ratio, and a dictation score. If I am unable to finish a student's testing in one sitting I record relevant data in pencil. Once I have confirmed that a student cannot pass the next level up I trace over my pencil or rewrite in pen. This helps me keep t
