This is a tremendous multiplication fact intervention. I have used it with great success with my fourth and fifth grade math classes. This is the audio recording that accompanies the Taped Problems worksheet. This recording is about 3 and 1/2 minutes long and allows students a stress free way to improve multiplication fact automaticity. Since this is an mp3 file it can be uploaded to individual tables, phones, players etc. so students can perform this intervention at home or on the road. Students love this intervention and it drastically improves their ability. The recording is matched with the taped problems worksheet.

A simple, yet informative PowerPoint that gives students an eye catching alternative to the drab text book drawings of the skeletal system. This visual aid is interactive and identifies major bones and discusses functions of the skeletal system. It also points out interesting facts about the skeletal system. For example, we have nearly 100 fewer bones as adults than we did as infants.

The following chart asks students to choose four human body systems. They are then asked to describe each system's function as well as the major parts of each system. I have provided a list of organs or parts on page two to make things simpler for students. However, they will need to know the functions of each system from memory.

The following is as Excel chart that lists major cell organelles and a space for their functions. This chart also allows space for students to designate if the organelle is present in plant or animal cells.
