TCAP Distance Rate and Time Review Bundle
This bundle includes review notes, partner relay, individual self-check, walk around and three short quizzes. The distance, rate, and time word problems are similar to the TCAP practice questions.

Two-step Distance Rate and Time word problems Partner Check
Student partners solve separate distance rate and time word questions and get the same answer. This lets them have immediate feedback. When the answers don't match, it gives them the opportunity to do a task analysis and find the error.

Experience
I started teaching in 1995. I have taught math, English, reading, and social studies in middle school. The last 10 years have been predominately math.
Teaching style
My style changes as needed. I have tables in my classroom that encourages group work. What I like to do involves partner and group activities in which the students are able to check each other's answers to get immediate feedback. Due to different classroom personalities, I also like to have materials that students can work on individually.
