Syllable Division Rule Poster

Use this poster to help teach the syllable division rules for your learners. Things to note: -V for vowel and C for consonant sound -There will never be more than 2 consonant sounds on a bridge (between the vowels). If you find more than 2, it will be a digraph, blend, or diphthong that needs to be glued together (swoop a line underneath them to keep those sounds together as 1 consonant sound).

Teaching style

My passion is guiding learners in their literacy journey. I have spent years diving into the Science of Reading, Dyslexia instruction, and how to teach reading with strong evidenced-based strategies. I have used this knowledge to create a multi-year, comprehensive reading course that ranges from Pre-K-3rd grade (and beyond for those needing reading intervention). I have taught many subjects and have created a variety of resources, especially for online learning. I am adding new products all the time, so keep checking back.
