Since I could not find anything like this, I decided to make my own! I used clipart from Google images and Preschool Printable's free pattern cards. I tried to look for the clipart artist who is credited as Baba Puff Baby, but her Etsy shop no longer had the star wars theme pack. Change numbers in standard form to expanded form and word form to be used as a worksheet, homework, quiz, or assessment. Numbers are up to the hundred thousands place.
This freebie contains a foldable for the 3 states of water: solids, liquids, and gases. It has a picture of each state of mater as well as an image of the particles of each state.
The particle picture should be cut and glued under the correct flap. I would also recommend having students write the definition of each term or a few examples of each under the flaps.

U- U choose (from different problem based learning options)
R - Round Table (teacher choice)
T - Technology
H - Huddle Up (groups work on higher order thinking questions together)

Teachers can give students the option to do this on paper or virtually using a Canva Whiteboard (or any other Notes or Doodle app). There will be a Canva template link provided for teachers to make a copy. In Canva there are "elements" they can add to their creations s
