This Articulation Data Sheet allows for quick and easy data collection for speech therapy students. It allows you to quickly record: target sound, position, context, 20 data points, percentage, and prompting needed. The top portion of the word document is editable so you can type in your student information and their goals. You can also add additional rows for goals. Pairs well with my Artic Progress Monitoring Charts.

These articulation progress monitoring charts are designed to help students monitor their own progress on their speech goals. It has an area for students to record what they have already mastered for their sound and what they are currently working on. They can color in the charts to provide them with a great visual of the progress they are making.
