In this activity, students will use their knowledge of the Earth’s interior and mathematical ratios to create a scale model of the Earth’s layers. They will work in teams to mold clay into a pie-sliced replica of the inside of our planet. This activity includes student directions, guided lab sheets, and a reflection portion to help students summarize their learning. A fun way to show what you know about our planet!
