This is the slide show to be used in conjunction with the Unit 1 Lesson 1 Intro to Safety document. It can easily be adapted to specific classroom resources and regional terminology changed.

3 Period lesson on using the router to build trim. Follows Ontario curriculum guidelines. Includes rubric for assessment.

Power Point for safe use and introduction to a hammer.

Single period lesson on the basics of clamping material and cutting it with a hand saw. Based on Ontario curriculum and 75-minute period length. Can be adjusted to whatever resources are available.
