This learning menu has nine different option for students to choose activities from. It is a word document so it is completed editable if you want to add or change anything.

This download contains 30 cards that review people/vocabulary terms covering early humans to the Roman Empire. There is an answer key included.

Student's can work independently, in pairs, or groups to plan a dream vacation. Students will be given a certain amount of money depending how many people are in their group. Student are given a criteria of things they need to meet while planning their trip including airfare, hotel information, meals, and excursions. This project incorporates both social studies and math skills.

In this project students create a math math me project that must include 8 facts (two for each operations). The project also includes writing component.

Student will create a timeline that uses events from both before and after their birth. Students will also label them with years as well as integers. Students will have to explain how they had to come up with event for their projects. There is a rubric included and the project can be edited.

This is a great way to get kids to research a college or multiple colleges. I did this with middle school students but it would be great for any age.
