Experience

I have 10 years in education my BA is in History and my Masters of Education is in curriculum and instruction. I have been teaching a STEM course for the last two years so I'm very STEM-centered.

Teaching style

My teaching style is different from day to day. My base is Project Based Learning and anything technology related mini projects or foldables. I am also in love with maker education. I have seen a major grow in my students skills since I switched to maker/ PBL education.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I have written 4 grants for my school and was awarded all. I was also nominated for teacher of the year twice and won the Prize for Teaching Excellence at my school. Airforce Academy STEM teacher of the Year 2021
