Create to Stimulate

This is a template to plan any lesson. The planner utilizes the common core standards as well as Bloom's Taxonomy to plan lessons. There is also an lesson evaluation included in this template.

This lesson planner allows teachers from any grade level to list the Common Core Standard and place the lesson on a Bloom's Taxonomy scale. Teacher's can plan their lesson and evaluate the efficacy of the lesson on the bottom. Teachers will list modifications used during the lesson, evalute student response to the lesson and how the lesson can be changed the next time it is presented.

This is standard sign in sheet for any school event, whether it be an Open House or Back to School Night. As well, this can be used for grouping activities or any kind of manual attendance. It includes what the event is and any notes you may want to add to the sign -in sheet.
