I created this early finisher booklet during my Advanced School Placement many years ago for 3rd class. Since then I have used it from 1st Class upwards. Each child has a free writing/early finisher copy and an Early Finisher Activity booklet. The children cut out and stick the 100 Square at the front of their copy. They colour in the number as they complete the early finisher activity. The children should be encouraged to write and draw about the topic. Here are some examples: 1) You are living

This is an ideal booklet that can be used to record sounds or word endings of the day/week.  After the children are introduced to the new sound and we have completed the story and song, games, teacher modelling and oral work around it, the children can take down the words we have come up with from the IWB into this booklet. As it is Spring time and our sounds/word ending knowledge is 'growing', this term I have created a flower template where the children write the sounds/word ending in the midd
