When I take the time to write out a full lesson plan, this is how I do it. This would make any university professor proud. It's clean, easy to follow, and includes everything you need to know for your favorite lessons. I have provided a plain white and multiple colors (or you can easily change to your own color scheme). I like to use this Parent Homework assignment for my incoming students to help me get a feel for my new students. Especially for things that I should know, but the students may not feel comfortable sharing with me. This is not required, I simply offer it as a way for parents to interact with me prior to PTC. **I do not take credit for the assignment, only the design and layout of the form.
