With over eighteen years of dedicated experience in elementary education, I possess a comprehensive background in instructional best practices and curriculum development. I currently hold a Special Education license in the state of Illinois. In my previous role as an elementary educator within New York Public School District 32, I was responsible for the creation and delivery of mathematics curricula across multiple grade levels, specifically third through sixth grades. Over the course of my career, I have consistently designed and implemented innovative lesson plans and assessment rubrics, ensuring meticulous alignment with Common Core standards. Magdalene Williams was a 3rd-grade math teacher who taught students with special needs. Magdalene became a teacher in 2008 to educate and motivate students to learn the necessary information that will make them into scholars. Magdalene spent over three years as a Special Ed teacher, a Planning Learning Community member, and a math tutor. Today, Magdalene Williams creates and modifies math lesson plans and conducts math workshops in some private schools.
