I'm an international school teacher with 17 years experience and have taught predominantly within the International Baccalaureate curriculum, but also have experience with the French AEFE and American curricular systems. My students are a mix of native English speakers and EAL students from around the world. Furthermore, one rubric is included to simplify the task of how to evaluate diverse studen
I use these examples in class to help students understand the word inferring as well as see that inferring comes from our prior learning and experiences.
I use this poster to remind students of the elements that contribute to being an effective public speaker. These key words also feature in peer reviews of speeches, speech checklists and in giving the speakers feedback.
