The sort can help with classroom management by reducing unwanted behaviors by opening the conversation of why they are a poor choices. Teaching style
I believe in a more play based learning experienced. Students learning in centers guided by teacher. Teacher comes over to centers with students and teachers by using materials in centers along with students interest.

I graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a Bachelors degree in elementary education grade K-6th grade. A few short years later I went back and got my endorsement in Pre-k at Tennessee Wesleyan College.
