I have been teaching since 2004. The primary focus of my experience has been working with inner city youth who have behavior difficulties. I have worked with students who are diagnosed with an emotional disability. I have worked with students who choose to be disruptive. I have worked with students who come from good homes, tough homes, rich homes, poor homes, generational gang homes, recent to the US homes, etc. I have taught GED classes for adults as well as provided tutoring for all academics and technology. My specialty is making customized sheets, presentations, organization charts, etc from your description.

I like to allow for a lot of choice and power with my students. I feel the more ownership and responsibility they feel the more they will accomplish. Additionally, I feel that students should always be given the opportunity to succeed, enough room to fail, and safe place to fix their mistakes.
