I created this product for use in my 8th grade Computer Applications class. It includes detailed instructions with screenshots as well as a rubric, text that needs formatted, and a sample of what the finished product should look like. Some of the skills that are used include formatting font, point size, font color, line spacing, inserting and defining new bullets, alignment, columns, and clip art. These are the grading sheets I use to grade keyboarding lessons in my 7th and 8th Grade computer classes. I use these in conjunction with the website Typing.com. Each lesson is graded on both speed and accuracy. In this file you will find a grading sheet for both 7th and 8th grade. Percentages are also given for easy grading!

I use this with my 7th grade computer applications class. It provides practice with using the Home Tab and the Insert Tab in Microsoft Word 2016.

Use this lesson for students to demonstrate their proficiency using the shapes, shape effects, fill color, and WordArt tools in MS Word. Requires a basic knowledge of MS Word. This lesson also contains a rubric and a completed example.
